Hr professionals handle the responsibility to select the right employees for the company. Company can reach the goals and can fulfill the objectives if the recruitment of the employees is done in a perfect manner. Employees are the backbone of any organization and human resource department plays the crucial role in choosing the employees who are reliable and can perform better. Top management of the company sometimes gives importance to the human resource professionals but sometimes significance is not enough.
